Nissan now offers 24-hour assistance

In a dynamic of customer recovery, Nissan strengthens its warranty with free permanent assistance.

Nissan announces a major evolution of its “Nissan Privilege” warranty program. Starting from June 1, 2025, all passenger vehicles of the brand, as long as they are maintained within the Nissan network, will benefit from free permanent assistance, available 24/7, up to 8 years or 160,000 km.

Launched in October 2023, the “Nissan Privilege” warranty already covered essential components of the powertrain, including the engine, transmission, and rear axle, which are the most expensive elements to repair. This coverage, activated automatically at each maintenance meeting the manufacturer’s plan, is transferable, representing a significant advantage when reselling.

Nissan wants to reignite the flame

Nissan takes a new step by now adding comprehensive assistance, valid in France and internationally. This extension includes roadside assistance in case of breakdown, accident, lost keys, or flat battery, including for electric models. If repairs exceed 4 hours (or 24 hours for electric vehicles), a replacement vehicle is provided for up to three business days. Assistance may also cover accommodation, transportation back home, or continuation of the journey if necessary.

This strengthening of the offer is part of a global trend in the sector to extend customer relationships well beyond the purchase of the vehicle. In a market where choices are based on design, performance, but also and especially perceived quality, offering complete and free coverage clearly goes in the right direction.

Nissan sends a strong signal here: that of a brand that is betting on loyalty and long-term trust. Such an initiative helps reassure motorists in a context of technological transition and evolving usage, while emphasizing regular maintenance within the official network.
