TV Schedule for the 2025 British Grand Prix F1

Join us at Silverstone from July 4 to July 6, 2025, for the twelfth race of the 2025 F1 season.

This weekend, F1 visits one of its most legendary circuits, Silverstone. This twelfth round of the 2025 championship carries a special flavor, as the English track celebrates the 75th anniversary of the very first F1 Grand Prix, held right here on May 13, 1950.

Back then, the circuit used the disused airfields of the Royal Air Force. Born in the aftermath of the war, Silverstone quickly became an icon of motorsport. Over the decades, it has witnessed the great names: Fangio, Lauda, Prost, Schumacher, up to Lewis Hamilton, the true king of the place with 8 home victories. It is also at Silverstone that Nigel Mansell electrified the crowds in the 1990s, that Damon Hill excited the nation, and where numerous tales of mechanical bravery were born.

In 2025, the British tradition continues. McLaren is dominating the season with 8 victories in 11 races and a 207-point lead over Ferrari. This demonstration of strength is led by a striking duo: Lando Norris, the local hero, and Oscar Piastri, the brilliant lieutenant. The path seems clear towards a second consecutive Constructors’ title.

But Silverstone would not be Silverstone without a hint of sporting romance. In front of a supportive crowd, Norris will hope to follow in the footsteps of his illustrious compatriot Hamilton, the winner last year. Alongside George Russell and young Ollie Bearman, these four Britons will be eager to shine on home soil.

More than just a race, this Grand Prix is a pilgrimage for Formula 1. Where it all began, the past and the present intertwine. And in this legendary atmosphere, one thing is certain: McLaren will want to make a strong impact to further etch its mark on the history of the sport.
