Dacia has profoundly revamped its identity with a new logo. The manufacturer’s models benefit from this as do the sales and service points.

Dacia has undergone a significant transformation. Maintaining consistency between rolling models and sales and exchange points is anything but easy because transforming a brand is not done with a snap of the fingers. After modernizing its logo and overall visual identity, the manufacturer turned to its dealerships, and the task is no less challenging! On the outside, the graphical universe of the dealerships is simple, visible, and striking for an intuitive and smooth customer journey. The various signage elements (flags, totems, panels, parking lots…) are perfectly identifiable.

The khaki color is highlighted and allows customers to easily recognize the brand’s presence regardless of the environment.

When the Dacia showroom is integrated into a multibrand site of Renault Group, the signage with the new brand image clearly identifies the presence of the brand in this environment and guides the customer to the service they are seeking.

Inside, the identity and graphic elements are impactful. As with the exterior visual identity, the new interior universe of Dacia points of sale is embodied by the emblem combining the D and C of Dacia, symbolizing the robustness of a chain link, and the new color palette reflecting the outdoor spirit of the brand. These new interior arrangements, eco-friendly and flexible, have been designed for a customer-focused journey and reaffirm Dacia’s brand markers: Eco-Smart, Rugged & Outdoor, Essential & Cool.

The rollout began externally in April 2022 and continued internally from April 2023. As of November 2023, over 1,000 dealerships have already adopted the new brand image, across more than 30 countries.

The goal is for all Dacia dealerships to adopt the new signage to welcome the launch of the new Duster in June 2024 in all countries where the brand is sold, which amounts to nearly 2,000 dealerships.
